i ordered 4 engraved bracelets for my bridesmaids gifts. i received an email a few days later saying that they were backordered and i would not be able to have them in time for my wedding. i immediately emailed back asking for my order to be cancelled. joanne responded within a few hours & offered to cancel the order & refund my money but she also sent me 2 alternatives that were brand new products. i liked one of them better than what i'd originally ordered plus i saved a few dollars! i received the bracelets in just a couple days and i love them. the customer service at docena bridal exceeded my expectations! the product is great as well. i would definitely order from docena bridal again & recommend them to my friends.
