Payment

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  Payments, including credit cards are processed by PayPal.   PayPal uses a 128-bit (the highest level commercially available) SSL encryption to protect customer confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal's servers.  And your financial information stays securely with PayPal - they never even share credit card information with us.


Sales Tax

A 5% sales tax will be assessed on all Virginia orders. 


Delivery Time and Cost

Both as business intent and as a natural effect of our handcrafting approach, we are unable to service large orders over a short time.  However, we do look forward to understanding your needs and discussing order volumes with you, so our company can satisfy your requests within your required timeframe.

Orders that include items that are on backorder will not be shipped until the backordered item is available.  All other orders are shipped by ground within 7 business days in single or multiple package(s)/shipment(s).  Personalized items take an additional 3 - 4 days to process.

Though you may receive your orders in multiple shipments, you will only be charged shipping once.

Returns and Exchanges   

We do not allow returns or exchanges on any merchandise.  All sales are final.

Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please call our Customer Service Department at (703) 839-3206 within 1 business day of receipt of shipment.  You must have the original invoice number when you call.  We will address each case individually and determine how we will send out a replacement at no charge.  We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order.

Personalized products cannot be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping.  Please always double check your order to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending.  We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.

When you place your replacement shipment claim, you will receive a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, or an ARS (Authorized Return Sticker).  Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us.  Do not include anything else in your return envelope.
